How to make a delicious chicken parmigiana

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten.
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil.
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

Instructions:
1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)

2.Place the flour in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs. In a third shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, basil, salt and pepper.

3.Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip in the beaten eggs, then coat in the bread crumb mixture.

4.Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

5.Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the marinara sauce over the top of the chicken, then sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sauce is hot and bubbly.

7. Let it cool for few minutes and serve warm.
