To make a hamburger, you will need the following ingredients:


1.Ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio is best for burgers) 

2.Salt and pepper

3.Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, etc.)

4.Buns

Instructions:


1.Divide the ground beef into equal portions (4 oz each for a standard burger).

2.Form the beef into patties that are slightly larger than the buns.

3.Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.

4.Heat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat.

5.Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook longer if you prefer your burgers more well done.

6.Place the patties on the buns and add your desired toppings.

Serve and enjoy!

Note: If you want to add extra flavor you can add some minced garlic, onion powder or any spice you like.
